Hello, just a huge vote of thanks, recieved the viewer/magnifier today, on my Dads birthday, who it was for. One an excellent product and second, fantastic service, so quick. Fantastic, never seen him so happy. Now he can go and play with his trains in the garage to his hearts content as he can now see what he is doing close up!!
Again, many many thanks. Best wishes

You are correct. The item you showed is the charger in question and, yes, the lead shown is what I need to replace. As to the actual sizing I am at a loss as it is too difficult to measure the centre pin accurately enough.Anyway, many thanks for your help on this .."beyond the call of duty" is the appropriate citation. It would be nice (even miraculous) if all firms were so helpful. Regards

Many thanks for your kind email. Whilst I would be able to solder on the new plug, I know I would remain more confident in this work being done by yourselves if you don't mind! I will return the cable tomorrow and thank you very much for your help. Please advise me of any further costs.

Customer wrote:
thanks for the reply. it's not what I am needing, but nice try. I appreciate your efforts however and consider your service exemplary. I will bookmark your site for future use.

sorry I've only just emailed, I've been very busy since I came back from my hols.......that'll teach me to have time off! Anyway we have now installed our shop bell and it works an absolute treat, a bing when the door opens and a bong when it shuts. Perfect! Thanks so much for your kind help, I'll certainly recommend you and will no doubt be back if we have any other electronic queries.

Customer wrote:

My email order was received today - amazing service at this time of year - and the module works! Sorry about omitting the postage to the PayPal payment I'll try to remember to add GBP1.61 to my next order - I'm sure that there will be one. Merry Christmas

Customer wrote:
A quick note to say thank you for your superb service, re, the signals that you supplied to special order for me, very swiftly. (n gauge 3 colour with common anode connection). These work with my controller perfectly and as they are so dainty they look pretty good on my Z gauge layout. By dropping them into the baseboard a little it reduces the hieght and they are visually excellent. You may be interested in offering a Z gauge version by shortening the pole and using a Z gauge ladder (etched brass readily available commercially) The head size is small enough. Thank you again and I will certainly be recommending your services to my friends in the model railway world.

Many thanks for e/mail reference to my handset, today i returned the settinngs back to your initial settings (auto 1-7) this seems to have cured my problem for now. Do you think it still best to return same for a check on inertia switch. Awaiting your reply and as to your products i think they are the best, also i have always found your service at all times first class.

Customer wrote:
Again, thanks very much. Let's leave it, now, until I set about ordering hundreds of £s-worth of equipment from you!  But there's a lot of track to build first. Best wishes
 Yours with thanks

Customer wrote:
Thank you for such a prompt reply.  I'll order the literature when I'm back.

Customer wrote:
Many thanks for the speedy reply,Yes I would like a current Catologue, and look forward to the results of the 'tortoise' motor tests

Customer wrote:
Thank you for your message. I would be interested in a OO Gauge Brochure. Thank you for you kindness.

Customer wrote:
I would just like to say thank you so much for your fast and precise answering to my email query. I look forward to buying from you again very soon as i rather fancy to the traffic lights that you produce.  In the mean time, my thanks again.

Customer wrote:
Thanks ever so much for taking the trouble to explain your products and projects. I will keep an eye out on the net & in the model press for developments. What I fancy is a unit that would make a continuous chugging!

Customer wrote:
Thanks for your comments. I appreciate the dialogue, without this kind of thing nothing would happen!I haven't got DCC as out house space is limited and so the trains are fitted in walls (cut into the 1840 stud partitions) and they are Z gauge and static decoders seems a bit complex, espec as Remtrack as got all the inertia I can use, and I can't run mutiple trains on my static block system.I hear what you say about possible software, and thanks for the stats - I was really interested in them.
On first impressions (I have glanced through the 72 page manual) I think the Friewald software looks good and sorted. You can run timetables so it should find and do auto-track cleaning. It also seems to have interfaces to many other systems. I'll give you details when I hook it all up - its evenings and weekends for me. Regards

Customer wrote:
Thanks for the information. I'll place an order in due course. Concerning my website, it's not a game!! I work on the real thing. You should try MS Flight Simulator 2002 - now that's real !!!

Customer wrote:
That will be absolutely fine. The wiring protocol for my controller is the same, by coincidence, so I couldn't ask for more. I am not in a hurry for these so routine timings are acceptable, particularly with regard to the Christmas holiday.Thankyou again for your very prompt resolution of this little problem. I will certainly recommend my many freinds of your super service.

Customer wrote:
Dear Remtrak, my appologies for this whole saga and my thanks for your fast and efficient service in dealing with this matter regards name removed `s optical visor, I told him from day one either the batteries were not correct or he had missed a switch somewhere, I havent seen the visor nor is it likely I ever will, it was a gift to him for christmas, but I should have known better, although this is the end I hope of your dealings with him I sadly fear mine are just starting, no doubt his next phone call will be to tell me its too light/heavy, black/white,too powerfull/not powerfull enough, like I said I should have known better, if I said it was daytime he would insist its nightime, anyhow thank you to the staff who have dealt with this matter and I can only appologise for the inconvenience this has caused, may I also say on his behalf thank you for checking out the item, and for the enclosure of the correct batteries.

Customer wrote:
Again, thank you for all your help. I have tried changing the two reed switches, I also tried pushing a coach over those switches with some weight to try to make it "behave" like a loco and the light still did not go out. I also tried your suggestion of disconnecting the reed switch and finally reconnected everything and, for the first time, all worked perfectly. I don't know what I have done, other than what you told me to do, but it does seem the problem is solved. I trust it wont return. I am sorry not to have replied before but work is the curse of the modelling classes! Thanks again for your help.

Thank you for your payment for our catalogue, received today.
(You should have received the catalogue by now?)

Thank you also for the sandals (keyrings).
Unfortunately it has been a long time since anyone here was small enough to wear them,
but we will keep them as a reminder of you.

Customer wrote:
Great!!!, next time I will send a bigger ones, for you to wear, ha ha ha ha!!!.
Yes, I have received the catalogue, will go through it and see what I'm interested.
By the way thank you for trusting me recently, I really appreciate it.
Thanks again my friend, that's the beauty about internet, even though we have never met.

Customer wrote:
Good morning.
On the contrary, your e-mail is very helpful and has given me some food for thought. We have tried individual plug-in supplies before but they are not tamper-proof.
To give you an example. We aked for a quote for 7 units of benchtop trunking each housing 1 twin mains socket, 2 x 24V ac soldering iron outlets and 2 x 9V dc outlets, all powered. This came to a little over £3000 not including installation !!! I think that I can do better.Thank you again for the infomation.

Customer wrote:
the package arrived on Friday August 3. All items were correct and the system is now installed and running beautifully. Over the next few weekends I'll put in the reed switches for automatic functions. I'm having a break from working and soldering under the railway for a while and will concentrate on completion of some buildings and scenery.
Thanks again for all your efforts it is greatly appreciated.

I am controling my'N' gauge layout using three of your TRCM1/s and i am thinking of using a infer red remote control system for the lighting in buildings and streets, would this interfer with TRCM1 in anyway.I would also like to let you know the track cleaners HF2 worked perfectly well with TRCM1.I thank you all for all your kind help and congratulate you on the performance of the TRCM1, which has worked wonderfully well for about 4 years,MANY THANKS.
